These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Affinity Commercial Group, hereafter referred to as "the Company," a business consulting firm located in Vancouver, Washington. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The Company offers a range of business consulting services, including but not limited to strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing strategies, and business development. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal, which will take precedence in the event of any inconsistency with these terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the consulting services. Clients must cooperate with the Company in a timely manner and communicate any changes or concerns promptly.

4. Fees and Payment
The fees for our consulting services will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, including the frequency and method of payment, will also be specified therein.
5. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential and not to disclose it to third parties, unless required by law. The client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information of the Company.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice. Termination terms and any associated fees will be detailed in the service agreement or proposal.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed or created during the consulting engagement will be owned by the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or proposal.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, special, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our consulting services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review and accept them.
